Voidzia prepares every order with care and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Occasionally, production or shipping issues may arise. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from expectations, please contact within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos. A free replacement or full refund will be provided for affected items. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a defect, damage, or clear mismatch is reported within one week of delivery. Since each item is made to order and undergoes quality checks before shipping, returns or exchanges are not possible for products without such issues.
