Refund policy

Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. All returned items are carefully reviewed through a thorough inspection process to confirm eligibility. Once the return is approved, the refund amount will be processed and credited within 3 business days.

No restocking fee is charged for any approved returns. Customers will not be subject to any additional processing or handling fees related to the restocking of returned items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, socks, underwear, earrings, piercings, and lip cuffs cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy ensures that all customers receive products in pristine and safe condition.

Assembled skateboards are not eligible for return once installation has been completed. This measure helps maintain product quality and guarantees the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

Refunds are issued based on the value of the returned product, following a clear and consistent process designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers, ensuring a smooth and reliable return experience throughout the process.

Products purchased using gift cards and store credits are subject to specific conditions. Refunds for these purchases are issued as store credit applied to the original gift card or store credit used. Cash or card refunds are not provided for these transactions, ensuring that the value remains secure and available for future orders.
